How to apply for a Temporary Work International Relations Visa Subclass 403?

The visa subclass 403 is for the international workers who want to come to Australia temporarily to work under the four streams mentioned below:-

• Government Agreement Stream-It is based on the bilateral agreement between the Australian government and the respective countries.
• Foreign Government Agency stream represents a foreign government or to teach a foreign language in an Australian school.
• Domestic Worker stream:- to do domestic work for a diplomat on a Diplomatic (Temporary) visa (subclass 995).
• Privileges and Immunities stream:-It is for a person with privileges and immunities under the International Organisations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963 or the Overseas Missions (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1995.

Requisites:-

• You must intend to work temporarily in Australia and return after it.
• It would help if you held good moral conduct and health.
• It would help if you had complete health insurance for the entire period of your stay.
• You must have sufficient funds to support yourself and the family.
• You must meet the requirements of the streams mentioned above.

For government entry stream visa is valid for two years, Foreign Government Agency stream for four years, Privileges and Immunities stream depends on the conditions, Domestic Worker stream visa is valid for the duration of your employer’s posting to Australia.

Privileges of the Visa:-

• Allows you to enter Australia temporarily
• Allows you to work or activity specified in your visa application
• You can enter and leave Australia while your visa is valid.

In the Domestic Worker stream, you cannot bring dependent family members with you to Australia.
