How to apply for Australia Business Talent Visa Subclass 132

This visa is for the business persons who want to start a new or develop the existing business in Australia and have the state or territory nomination. 

It has two streams as mentioned below-

• Significant Business History stream-For high-calibre business owners or part owners who want to establish a business in Australia.
• Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream-It is for the individuals who have sourced venture capital from the member of the Australian Venture Capital Association Limited (AVCAL).​

Requisites of the visa:-

• Never involved in any illegal or unethical business practices.
• You have a satisfactory record of complying with Commonwealth laws, and of each State or Territory in which you operate a business and employ employees in the business, relating to your business.
• Received nomination from by State or territory.
• Received Invitation to Apply (ITA) to apply.
• You have a genuine commitment to maintain investment in Australia.
• You, along with your partner, has not been involved in any illegal business activities ever.
• You, along with your partner, hold good moral and health conduct.

You need to have:

• A net value of minimum AUD1.5 million (legally obtained)
• An annual business turnover of minimum AUD3 million for at least 2 of the four fiscal years immediately before you have received an invitation
• Total net assets of minimum AUD400,000 as the ownership interest in one or more qualifying businesses minimum 2 of the four fiscal years immediately before you received the invitation to apply

Privileges of the visa:-

• Live Work or Study in Australia indefinitely.
• Get enrolled for Medicare Health coverage
• Apply for Citizenship in Australia after fulfilling the relevant requirements
• You are permitted to move in and outside of Oz for five years
• Sponsor eligible relatives for Australia PR.
