The candidates with skills and experience in semi-skilled and low-skilled occupations (NOC C and D) require obtaining at least CLB 4 in English proficiency with accurate test result obtained through IELTS or any other authorized testing agency. The NOC C and D occupations comprise lower-skilled workers in the trades, primary and manufacturing industries, sales and services, and specific clerical and assistant categories.
