The CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) if we check in terms of IELTS band, it will be 3.5 (Reading), 4 (Writing), 4.5 (Listening), 4 (Speaking).
- SINP- Express Entry Subcategory
The Express Entry aligned stream of Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) operates in coordination with the Federal Express Entry System. Hence, to apply in this stream, you need to have your profile registered in the federal Express Entry System.
