Recently, Immigration Ontario has confirmed the receipt of an increased nomination allocation of 21,500 from the federal government of Canada for the year 2024. • Starting February 26, 2024, Canadian province Ontario has mandated the inclusion of the 'Applicant Consent Form' for all new nomination applications under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). This form has emerged as an necessary and required component of every OINP application. Failure to accurately complete this form will result in the rejection of your application due to incompleteness, and the associated fee will be refunded accordingly.
•  Ontario has released an updated Employer Form. With effect from April 10th, 2024, all new nomination applications to the Employer: Job Offer stream of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) must include this updated form.

Ontario conducts regular Expression of Interest (EOI) based draws annually as part of the OINP. These draws aim to issue Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to a considerable number of candidates each year. The majority of Ontario PNP draws focus on specific occupations, targeting candidates with relevant work experience in those occupations. The province of Ontario invites candidates with relatively low CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score compare to federal Express Entry System immigration draws. Hence, it is one of the best pathways for immigration to Canada on Permanent Resident (PR) Visa.

Ontario every year hold periodic Expression of Interest (EOI) based OINP draws to issue Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to a significant number of candidates every year. Most of Ontario PNP draws are the targeted occupation draws, i.e. to invite the candidates with work experience in some targeted occupations. Every year, a few of the OINP draws focus on inviting the candidates with Tech occupations.  The OINP invites the most number of candidates under its three key streams, i.e.
