British Columbia Invites About 72 Skilled Workers & International Graduates in latest BC PNP Draw

British Columbia welcomed another wave of skilled immigrants through its Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) draw on July 16, 2024. The province issued invitations to apply (ITAs) to 72 candidates in its latest draw, targeting skilled workers and international graduates.

The draw, conducted under the Skills Immigration category, included both the Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams, as well as the Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) option. While specific details about minimum cut-off scores and occupations are yet to be released, the draw signals the province’s continued commitment to attracting skilled talent to bolster its economy.

Here are the draw results of latest British Columbia PNP Draw:

  • In the targeted draw for applicants with Childcare Occupation BC issued 9 ITAs with a score of 94 points.
  • The candidates with work experience in Construction occupations received 10 ITAs with minimum score of 95 points
  • Healthcare occupations received 14 ITAs with a minimum score 104 points
  • Tech occupations received most, i.e. 34 ITAs with a minimum score 122 points
  • Veterinary care occupations received <5>
