Alberta drops CRS score to just 301 points in latest AAIP Draw

Alberta conducted the draw for Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)- Express Entry stream on 9 March 2023. In this AAIP Draw, Alberta dropped the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement to just 301 points. This minimum score requirement is relatively low compare to any other PNP or federal Express Entry System. Find out more.

AAIP- Express Entry stream draw in 9 March 2023

• 9 March- Alberta issued 134 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to the Express entry candidates with a CRS score of 301 points or above.

• Total ITAs- After this latest draw, now Alberta has invited total 434 candidates this year in four draws held for AAIP- Express Entry stream.

AAIP- Express entry stream- best alternate to Express Entry

Alberta- Express Entry stream is the best alternate pathway to federal Express Entry System. The CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement in the this particular PNP stream is as low as just 300 points in several draws.

Hence, if your CRS score in federal EE system is low, you can apply to this stream obtain the provincial nomination and subsequently the Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa.
