Alberta invites 403 immigration candidates in new AAIP draws- CRS drops to 303

Alberta province of Canada conducted the most recent immigration draws of Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)- Express Entry stream on 15, 16 and 22 August 2023. In these three separate invitation rounds of AAIP- Express Entry stream, Alberta issued total 403 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination. Find below more details about these latest draws.

New AAIP- Express Entry stream draws

Alberta held 3 separate draws on 15, 16 and 22 August. The criteria for each draw was different, i.e.

• 22 August – Alberta held draw for Priority sector - Construction occupation with Alberta job offer, CRS score 300-500. Total 89 NOIs issued with a CRS score requirement of 303 points.
• 16 August- Alberta draw held for Priority sector - Tourism and hospitality occupation with Alberta job offer, CRS score 300-500. Total 300 NOIs issued with a CRS score requirement of 408 points.
• 15 August- Alberta conducted draw for dedicated Healthcare Pathway with Alberta job offer, CRS score 300 and above. Total 14 NOIs issued with a CRS score requirement of 326 points.

Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)

The AAIP is a key immigration pathway that allows the province of Alberta to assess, select and nominate eligible individuals for permanent residency.
