Alberta PNP Issues 41 NOIs in Latest AAIP-Express Entry Stream Draw

Alberta's commitment to attracting skilled foreign workers continues with the latest draw under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). On September 10, 2024, the province issued Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to 22 candidates through the AAIP-Express Entry stream.

The draw saw a relatively low minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, indicating Alberta’s focus on filling labor shortages and welcoming skilled individuals from various backgrounds. Successful candidates will now have the opportunity to apply for provincial nomination, a crucial step towards securing permanent residency in Canada.

Healthcare Professionals Got preference in Latest AAIP Draw

Alberta's latest draw under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) highlighted the province's commitment to strengthening its healthcare workforce. The draw specifically targeted candidates with confirmed employment offers in the healthcare sector.

To qualify, individuals in this category needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 314. This lower requirement underscores Alberta's urgent need for skilled healthcare professionals and its dedication to providing high-quality healthcare services to its residents.

Alberta Invites Over 800 Candidates  

Alberta has reaffirmed its commitment to attracting skilled foreign workers through its Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). As of 10 September, the province has issued a total of 895 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through 21 Express Entry Stream draws in 2024.
