The NOC (National Occupational Classification) of Canada is the categorization of occupations designed mainly for use in statistical programs. The NOC is crucial for Canada immigration process as both federal and provincial governments of Canada use it to handle Skilled Migration programs and Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP).

Currently,  IRCC use NOC 2016 version to assess the eligibility for skilled worker immigration programs. Now, new NOC 2021 Version 1.0 initiate a new 5-digit hierarchical structure, in comparison of the 4-digit hierarchical structure in the previous versions of the classification. The NOC 2021 introduces A TEER system, which has six categories: TEER category 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)

The AAIP is one of the easiest pathways to get the provincial nomination for Canadian PR Visa. It invites the candidates with CRS score as low as just 300 points. Currently, the AAIP has not shared any Alberta PNP draw results after 29 July 2022.
