On 25 May 2023, Canberra, Australia issued total 1,174 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for ACT (Australian Capital Territory) nomination. Find below the details of this round:

• Small Business Owners: Canberra has issued total 17 ITAs under this category for both invited visa categories.
• 457 / 482 visa holders- Just 2 ITAs issued under this category for both invited visa types in this round.
• Critical Skill Occupations– Canberra has issued 414 nomination invites for ACT to Subclass 190 and 491 visa candidates.

ACT Invitation Round 25 May 2023 

• Overseas Applicants (Critical Skill Occupations)– As usual, the Overseas applicants received the most 741 invitations for ACT nomination. The ACT invited 233 applicants to apply for the nomination of Subclass 190 visa, while Subclass 491 visa candidates received 508 invitations.

Australia has higher target, i.e. 190,000 visa places for the upcoming program year 2023-2024 starting on 1st July. Hence, if you are interested to move to Australia on Skilled visa, this is the best time to apply for the same.
