Australian state of Tasmania has updated the list of critical roles in accordance with the latest recommendations from Jobs and Skills Australia concerning the state's demand for skilled workforce. The applicants with a skills assessment and a minimum of 3 months of directly-related skilled employment in these specified areas will receive the highest priority for invitation to apply for nomination.
The Registrations of interest (ROIs) that have already been submitted and include employment directly linked to a skills assessment for an occupation newly added to the list will undergo a 're-scoring' process, and those considered eligible will be invited to apply for nomination.
For new ROIs that contain employment directly associated with a skills assessment for an occupation removed from the list, automatic invitations will not be issued. However, these applications will still be accorded high priority for nomination.
