BC PNP Draw on 16 August- About 228 candidates received ITA

On 16 August 2022, British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) held the draw to issue ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for provincial nomination to the candidates registered under various immigration categories, i.e. Express Entry and Skills immigration category. BC PNP targeted draws on 16 August

In the first General draw including tech occupations, the BC issued most, i.e. 177 invitations to apply to various categories of BC PNP, i.e. Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry level and Semi-skilled, etc. Rest of the ITAs the province issued to candidates with experience in some targeted occupations i.e. Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 4214), Healthcare: Health care assistants (NOC 3413), etc.

The British Columbia has been absolutely active this year in terms of holding regular invitation rounds and inviting the candidates under various streams. Usually it issues invitations to the following categories:

• Skilled Worker
• International Graduate
• Entry Level and Semi-Skilled
