Canada invites 1,391 PNP candidates in the Latest Express Entry draw on 16th July

Canada has opened fifth Express Entry draw of July month on 16 July 2024 to invite 1,391 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates this time around. This also happens to be the fourth PNP only Express Entry draw this year. The PNP only draw invites only those express entry candidate who already have provincial nomination and 600 points obtained based on the same. PNP only Express Entry draw – 16 July

In this draw, the Immigration Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 1,391 candidates to apply for Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa who had a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score of 670 or higher.

With this invitation round of Federal Express Entry System, the total number of invitations issued by Express Entry in the July 2024 month has reached 11,061, while the number of candidates invited this year (2024) has reached 54,515.

July brings good news for rest of the year

With five Express Entry draws already conducted in July inviting over 11,000 candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residency, this is a positive indication for applicants hoping to be invited in the remaining months of 2024. The possibility of the IRCC issuing more invitations, particularly through category-based draws targeting candidates with lower CRS scores, is strong. As a result, expectations are likely to remain high for hopeful Canadian immigrants.

• A strong French language proficiency or
• Work experience in one of the below fields:
  • healthcare
  • science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) professions
  • trades, such as carpenters, plumbers and contractors
  • transport
  • agriculture and Agri-food
