Canada's immigration department, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), is continuing its focus on attracting skilled workers in in-demand fields. On July 5th, 2024, they conducted yet another category-based Express Entry draw specifically targeting healthcare occupations. It was third EE draw this week. Lower CRS Requirement: A Boon for Healthcare Workers
The CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement for the healthcare draw was only 445 points, significantly lower compared to regular Express Entry draws. This lower cut-off reflects the targeted nature of the draw and is a positive sign for healthcare professionals seeking Canadian PR.
