Canada Opens 4th Express Entry Draw of July- Invites 3,200 French-speaking Candidates

The Immigration Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has opened fourth Express Entry draw in almost a week to invite 3,200 French-speaking Candidates this time around. This overall draw #302 was a category-based Express Entry draw held on 8th July 2024 for candidates with French language proficiency (Version 1). The total number of invitations issued this month have now reached to 9,670. Find out more.

Cut Off Dropped for Francophone Candidates

The IRCC dropped the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement to just 420 for the French-speaking candidates, inviting 3,200 candidates to apply for Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa in this latest invitation round of federal Express Entry System.

With this latest draw, the total number of invitations issued by Express Entry this month has reached 9,670, while the number of candidates invited this year (2024) has reached 53,124.

Jubilant July for Express Entry candidates

Its great news for Canadian PR aspirants as the total number of invitations issued by Express Entry this July has reached a staggering 9,670. Moreover, 3 out of the 4 Express Entry draws held in July were category-based draws. This means the CRS score requirement was relatively lower for candidates with experience in in-demand occupations or proficiency in French. This presents a fantastic opportunity for candidates in one of the following selection categories to secure Canadian PR in 2024:
