The IRCC issued total 600 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian PR visa in this particular EE invitation round with a CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement of 354 points.

Express Entry draw analysis

Now, after this new category-based EE draw, the IRCC has invited total 86,048 candidates to apply for Canadian PR visa this year in overall 31 Express Entry draws opened in 2023 until date. This was the 5th Express Entry draw in this month. In these five Express Entry draws opened in September 2023 the IRCC has issued total 8,300 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian PR Visa.

• 19 September- EE draw issued 3,200 ITAs, CRS Score- 531

• 20 September: EE draw (for Transport occupations) issued 1,000 ITAs, CRS score - 435 

• 26 September: All category draw issued 3,000 ITAs, CRS score- 504

• 27 September: Express Entry draw for French-speakers, 500 ITAs issued with CRS score 472

• 28 September: EE Draw for Agriculture and Agri-food occupations issued 600 ITAs with CRS score 354

It is a positive sign for all Canada PR aspirants that the CRS score requirement or CUT OFF drops significantly in the category-based draws.

Now, the IRCC has opened a at least one category-based express entry draw for all the categories selected for the year 2023.
