Manitoba opened the Expression of Interest (EOI) Based Draws of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on October 5th On October 5, 2023. The province held Occupation-specific and all-occupation draws for the Manitoba PNP, issuing a total of 542 Letters of Advice (LAAs) for provincial nomination.

• Occupation-specific draw for Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream: A total of 219 LAAs were issued.
• All-occupation draw encompassing all MPNP streams: A total of 323 LAAs were issued.

Prince Edward Island PNP Draw On October 5, 2023

On October 5, 2023, Prince Edward Island PNP held an immigration draw to invite candidates under Labour and Express entry stream of Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). On October 3, 2023, key Atlantic province of Canada, i.e. Alberta conducted the Express Entry Stream Draw for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AAIP). In this specific draw, Alberta extended 33 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 313 points or higher, inviting them to apply for provincial nomination. The CRS score remained relatively low, as usual, in this AAIP invitation round.
