- Small Business Owners: Canberra has issued total 11 ITAs under this category for both invited visa categories.
- 457 / 482 visa holders- Just 7 invitations issued under this category for both invited visa types in this round.
- Critical Skill Occupations– Canberra has issued 661 nomination invites for ACT to Subclass 190 and 491 visa candidates.

- Overseas Applicants (Critical Skill Occupations) – This time around Overseas applicants received the record 1,116 nomination invitations. The ACT invited 374 applicants to apply for the nomination of Subclass 190 visa, while Subclass 491 visa candidates received most, i.e. 742 invitations.

The ACT received an interim allocation for the 2022-23 program year.
- Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa: 2,025 places
- Skilled Work Regional (subclass 491) visa: 2,025 places
