Express Entry draw on 24 May- IRCC issued 4,800 invitations for Canada PR

In the latest all-program Express Entry draw took place on May 24, 2023, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 4,800 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. In this latest EE draw, the IRCC has invited 4,800 candidates from all categories of the EE system, i.e.

• Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
• Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
• Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
• Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

The CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement in this draw was 488 points. Now, after this latest draw, the IRCC has invited 49,948 candidates this year in thirteen draws of EE system conducted in year 2023 until date.

New EE Draw Analysis

The number of invitations in this draw have gone drastically up from 35,00 ITAs (in previous all-category draw), which is a good sign this being all-program draw inviting all express entry candidates. However, the CUT OFF is marginally increased, which is expected to come down in the upcoming invitation rounds. Overall, this is an ideal time to apply for Canadian PR visa with consistent all program draws and easing immigration measures from the Canadian government.
