Express Entry invites 3000 CEC Candidates in the Latest Draw

Canada has opened another draw for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) on August 5, 2021. Following the recent trend, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has opened back-to-back draws yet again.This time around, the IRCC has issued 3,000 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) visa.

New Express Entry draw on 5th August

In the 5th August EE draw, Canada has invited 3,000 candidates with a minimum CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement of 404 points.The Cut off is low this being the draw for the candidates who are already in Canada and have the Canadian work experience as well.

Now, after this latest draw, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has invited total 1, 02,316 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) this year, in 30 Express Entry draws opened until date.

With this draw, Express Entry has crossed mark of 100,000 and now it is just one or two draw away from meeting its annual invitation target of 108,500 invitations. However, considering the fact that 4 months left in this year, there is every chance of EE system overachieving its target for the year, the way it did last year.
