An Occupation-Specific Draw was held on September 21, 2023, targeting candidates in the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream. This draw aimed to invite 298 candidates who had achieved a point score of 612 points or higher.

Regular MPNP Draw for All occupations/categories

In the all-occupation draw, the Skilled Workers stream obtained the highest number of Letters of Advice, totalling 239, with a minimum score requirement set at 631 points. Meanwhile, the International Education stream received 56 invitations, and the Skilled Worker Overseas stream received 27 invitations, requiring a minimum score of 723 points.
