Alberta issued 120 NOIs in the latest draw of AAIP

Alberta, Canada has issued 120 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) to apply for provincial nomination in the latest draw of Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) - Express Entry stream, held on July 29, 2022. Alberta is now conducting monthly draws of AAIP since April this year. Earlier, it used to open 3-4 draws in a month.

Alberta PNP- Express Entry stream draw on 29 July

In this latest AAIP- Express Entry stream draw, Alberta invited 120 candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score requirement of 473 points. The CRS score requirement is relatively high compare to previous AAIP draws. Usually, Alberta invites candidate with CRS score 300 or above. This high CRS score is possibly the impact of high CUT OFF points in federal Express Entry System draws.

AINP draws in 2022 

After 29 July AAIP draw, Alberta has now issued total 2,320 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) to apply for provincial nomination in overall nine draws of Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) opened this year.

Alberta PNP – Express Entry stream

Despite the rise in the CRS score, Alberta is still one of the best Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) to apply for the provincial nomination for Canadian PR (Permanent Resident) Visa. The point’s requirement in Alberta is still excessively low compare to ongoing federal Express Entry all-program draws.
