CRS score dropped to issue highest number of ITAs this year in new All-program Express Entry draw

The IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) has marginally dropped the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) point score in the second all-program Express Entry draw of the year held on 20 July 2022. This is 15th Express Entry draw this year and overall EE Draw#227 until date.

Because of drop in the CUT OFF, IRCC has issued highest number of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian PR (Permanent Resident) Visa in 2022. Find out more.

In the second all-program EE draw of the year, Canadian immigration department has invited 1,750 candidates to apply for PR (Permanent Residence) Visa with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score requirement of 542 CRS points only.

Now, post second all-program draw of the year, Express Entry has now issued total 14,038 invitations this year in overall 15 Express Entry draws opened this year. 

CRS is likely to fall further in upcoming EE draws 

With all-program EE draws opening regularly, the CUT OFF is likely to fall further inviting more and more Express Entry candidates with low point score to apply for PR (Permanent Residence) visa. Therefore, if you have not received ITA due to high CUT OFF in first two all-program draws, you must stay positive about your chances in upcoming draws. 

You can also increase your CRS score by obtaining provincial nomination from a suitable Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) of Canada.
