Latest Express Entry draw for CEC- CRS score requirement is just 357 points

Within 24 hours of the last draw, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has yet again opened the Express Entry draw to invite massive 6,000 candidates.As all previous draws opened this year, this one is also a program-specific draw opened on June 24, 2021.

In this latest draw, the IRCC has invited the candidates under Canadian Experience Class (CEC) category of Federal Express Entry System. The CEC category candidates are those, who have the Canadian work experience.

The IRCC has issued 6,000 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa with a CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement of just 357 points this time around.

Now after this latest EE Draw for CEC category, the IRCC has invited total 88,715 candidates this year in 24 program-specific Express Entry draws. It is a new express entry record that the IRCC has issued over 88,000 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) within the first six months of any year.

The IRCC has target of inviting 108,500 candidates this year, which it most probably achieve in next few draws only. In fact, seeing the trend in last few years, the IRCC can even overachieve its target for the year and invite more than the pre-announced number of candidates this year.

All program EE Draw possibilities

The IRCC has opened 24 program-specific draws this year in last six months. Hence, the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) category candidates eagerly await the all-program draws.

Recently, the government of Canada has announced that the individuals with valid Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) can travel to Canada as of 21 June 2021. However, it extended the flight ban from India until 21 July 2021.

Hence, considering the positive decisions and intent from the Canadian government, there are reasons to believe that the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) may soon open the all-program draws only.
