The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held latest draw of federal Express Entry System on December 10, 2021 to invite highest number PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) candidates ever in a single draw. In this latest program-specific Express Entry draw, the IRCC has issued 1,032 invitations to the PNP candidates. These candidates already have 600 CRS points obtained based on the provincial nomination.
In the 10th December EE draw, the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement from IRCC was 698 CRS points only; consequently, 1,032 PNP candidates have received the ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) visa this time around.

After 10 December draw, now Express Entry has issued total 1,13,685 invitations in 2021 in overall 41 Express Entry draws held until date.

Since 15 September 2021, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is consistently conducting the PNP draws only. Hence, there is no CEC, FST or FSW draw since then. This is primarily due to existing backlog of PR applications.
However, once the backlog is cleared, the IRCC will start conducting the regular all-program draws once again. This may happen next year possibly in first quarter.
For the meantime, if you are not getting the ITA (Invitation to Apply) since long, you may choose to apply to alternate Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and get the provincial nomination to enhance your CRS score in EE system.
