Express Entry CRS score finally drops below 500 Points

In the latest draw of federal Express Entry System occurred on 26 October 2022, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has dropped the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score below 500 mark, i.e. just 496 points.

This is indeed a great news for the EE- Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) candidates, who were desperately waiting for the CUT OFF to fall below 500 points. Find out more about latest EE draw.

In this latest EE draw, the IRCC has issued highest number of ITAs this year in any draw, i.e. 4,750 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa with CRS score requirement of 496 points.

With this newest EE draw, now IRCC has issued total 37,038 invitations this year in overall 22 EE draws held until date in 2022. It’s constantly 9th all-program EE draw, wherein Express Entry has increased the number of ITAs and dropped the Cut off compare to earlier draw.

With falling CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement and rising number of ITAs (Invitations to Apply, it’s the perfect time to prepare your immigration file and apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. Next week the IRCC is expected to release its multiyear immigration plan, and following the trend, it may further raise the annual immigration target for next three years, i.e. 2023-2025.
