Latest Express Entry draw- 500 Provincial Nominee Class candidates Received Invitation

Express Entry Draw on 26th May

 

In this latest draw, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 500 invitations to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, i.e. the candidates with provincial nomination and 600 extra CRS points (earned based on the nomination). The CRS score requirement in this draw was 713 points.

Now, after this latest program-specific draw for provincial nominee class candidates, now IRCC has issued 68, 817 invitations in 19 program-specific EE draws opened in 2021. This number is exceptionally high, if we compare it to the invitations issued in 2020 at the same time.

Express Entry in 2021

 

The year 2021 has been a bit different compared to past years in terms of Express Entry draw results. Earlier, there used to be all program draws all through, however, this year, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has preferred opening the program-specific draws.

 

As a result, the candidates registered under Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) of EE system are still waiting for their ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Canada PR visa. If you are also FSW category candidates, you may look to enhance your CRS score by earning bonus points or by obtaining the provincial nomination.
