Latest draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) took place on July 18, 2024 to issue 161 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination. This particular draw of MPNP issued invitations to the candidates registered for International Education Stream and Skilled Worker Overseas Stream. Manitoba usually hold draws for its all three streams, i.e.
- Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream
- International Education Stream and
- Skilled Worker Overseas Stream
However, for last few months, the province is focusing more on inviting the Skilled Worker overseas and international education stream candidates and this latest draw is just an example of the same.

It is noteworthy that sixteen of the one hundred and sixty-one individuals granted Letters of Advice to Apply possessed both active Express Entry profiles and job seeker validation codes, implying a possible collaborative relationship between the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program and the federal Express Entry immigration process.
