Latest Manitoba PNP Draw on 17th June- Manitoba Invites 141 Candidates

Manitoba has issued 141 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination in the latest MPNP draw opened on June 17, 2021. This is the second draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) this month as the previous one occurred on 7th June. Manitoba as usual has invited the candidates registered under Skilled Worker and International Education stream.

In the 17th June draw;Manitoba has issued 141 Letters of Advice (LAAs), i.e. one short of the invites issued last time around. The MPNP issued 95 LAAs to Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream with a minimum score requirement of 430 points. Moreover, 22 invites went to International Education stream.

The Skilled Worker Overseas stream received 24 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination with a minimum score requirement of 703 points this time around.

 

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)

 

Manitoba is the active Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) that has issued 3,422 LAAs and 2,000 nominations to skilled worker candidates until May 2021.

 

MPNP- Skilled Workers Overseas stream

 

The Skilled Workers Overseas stream of Manitoba PNP nominates the applicants, who show an established connection to Manitoba via,

 

  • the support of family members or friends;
  • Via previous education or work experience in the province; or
  • Via an ITA (Invitation to Apply)received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

 

The Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has three-step process:

 

STEP 1- Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)

 

STEP 2-The TOP scoring qualified applicants with a connection to Manitoba receive the ITA (Invitation to Apply) to submit an MPNP application.

 

STEP 3- Following a comprehensive assessment, the Manitoba PNP nominates successful applicants to make a separate application to the Canadian government for Permanent Residence (PR) visas.
