New South Wales, Australia has revised the NSW Skilled Occupation List for Subclass 190 Visa

New South Wales (NSW), Australia has revised the NSW Skilled Occupation List for Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190. The NSW invite immigration aspirants in highly skilled occupations looking to advance their careers to apply for NSW nomination for a relevant skilled visa.

 

At present New South Wales is working from reduced skilled occupation lists at Home Affairs direction. The state is presently nominating applicants for the subclass 190 and subclass 491. The relevant occupation lists for these visa categories are subject to change without notice.

NSW has not made any chance to occupation list for Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa Subclass 491.

Eligibility Requirement for Subclass 190 visa

Before you submit your EOI in SkillSelect, make sure that you fulfil the following minimum eligibility parameters:

• you need to be under 45 years of age
• You need to acquire a minimum score of 65 points in your SkillSelect EOI.
• At the time of the invitation, you need to have an English proficiency score, i.e. minimum competent English.
• you need to have a valid skills assessment in an occupation that closely matches an occupation on the NSW subclass 190 visa occupation list
• You must be presently living in New South Wales. NSW will not invite EOIs submitted from people presently living in another Australian state or territory, or offshore
