Ontario has opened the latest draw of OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program) on 17th June 2020. The draw invited 758 candidates to apply for provincial nomination under the Skilled Trades Stream of OINP. It is the second draw of Skilled Trades stream this year, as the first one opened on 29th April 2020.

The province of Ontario issued 458 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) in this targeted occupation draw. The invited express entry candidates created their profile between June 17, 2019 and June 17, 2020. In this draw, the invites issued to the candidates, who had a Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) between 400 and 436.

Now after this 17th June Draw, now, Ontario has invited 948 candidates this year under Skilled Trades Stream of OINP.

Express Entry HCP stream of OINP
The Express Entry- Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream is one of the most active and popular stream of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. Ontario has opened five draws of HCP stream this year to invite 2,842 express entry candidates to apply for provincial nomination. The OINP also issued 549 NOIs this year under its French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream.
The OINP demands relatively low CRS score from the applicants. If you apply in Ontario PNP and able to get the provincial nomination, you will get 600 extra CRS points in your express entry account.
