Latest PNP Draws and Updates- 03-10-2022

Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) are holding draws regularly and inviting a significant number of candidates to apply for the provincial nomination. Last couple of weeks have been quite active and happening, when it comes to regularly opened draws and issued ITAs, etc.

Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) are offering vital pathway to apply for Canadian PR (Permanent Resident) Visa this year.

Federal Express Entry system also conducted its draw on 28 September to issue highest number of ITAs (i.e. 3,750 ITAs) in any EE draw this year. The most active PNPs are as follows:

  • Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
  • Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)
  • British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)

Ontario draw for Express Entry- Skilled Trades stream

Ontario conducted another draw this time for Express Entry- Skilled Trades Stream of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). In this new draw opened on September 29, 2022, Ontario has issued 1,340 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) to apply for provincial nomination. The province of Ontario invited Express Entry candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 266 and above.

Saskatchewan invites 1,146 candidates in latest draw of SINP

Latest draw of Saskatchewan PNP- International Skilled Worker (ISW) Category opened on 28 September 2022. Saskatchewan has issued total 1,146 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination. SINP has issued ITAs to Express Entry and OID (Occupation in Demand) Sub-category with a point score of 83 and 81 respectively.

Ontario PNP opened targeted draw for Express Entry- HCP stream

Ontario opened targeted draw for OINP- Express Entry- HCP stream on 28 September 2022 to invite Tech workers. In this draw, Ontario has issued 1,179 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) to apply for provincial nomination. The CRS score range was 496 points and above.

BC PNP targeted draws on 27 September

British Columbia opened targeted draws for British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) on September 27, 2022. In this draw, the province has issued more than 258 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination for Canada PR visa.

Ontario PNP draw for Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream

Ontario conducted the latest targeted draw of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) on 27 September 2022. In this draw, OINP issued three invitations to the candidates, who may qualify for the federal Economic Mobility Pathways Project under the Foreign Worker stream

Ontario PNP- French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream Draw

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) opened its draw on September 23, 2022. In this draw, Canadian province Ontario issued 363 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to the candidates registered under OINP- Express Entry French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. The province has invited the candidates with CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score 326 and above.

SINP to Implement NOC -2021 System w.e.f. 16 November

The government of Saskatchewan has announced latest update regarding its PNP, i.e. the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). The SINP is going to use the new National Occupation Classification System NOC 2021 starting from November 16, 2022.
