Number of ITAs: the Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration invited 1,417 persons to apply for permanent selection.

These Invitation to Apply (ITAs) were addressed to the persons meeting the below criteria:
- they had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
- they had a score equal to or greater than 575 points.
These ITAs were also addressed to people fulfilling the below criterion:
- they had a level 7oral proficiency (or higher) in French as per the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
- they had a valid employment offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
The candidates who received invitations in this draw were selected based on their profiles in the Arrima pool, which considers factors such as education, work experience, French language proficiency, and other relevant criteria.
This latest draw is a testament to Quebec's ongoing commitment to immigration and its role in contributing to the province's economic growth and cultural diversity.
