Manitoba held the Special Immigration Measure draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on 26 June 2023 to invite the candidates from Ukraine. This was the 15th MPNP draw targeting Ukrainian candidates in view of ongoing situation in Ukraine. Manitoba conducts these draws in order to help those affected by ongoing events in Ukraine.
