On October 21, 2021, Manitoba opened the latest draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) to issue 459 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination. This is the second draw of Manitoba PNP has the last invitation round it conducted on 7 October. The province as usual invited Skilled Workers and International students in this draw of MPNP. Manitoba has invited 39 Overseas Skilled Workers this time around with a minimum score requirement of 716 points. Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream received highest number of LAAs, i.e. 388 with minimum score requirement of 375 points.
