Manitoba held Special Immigration Measure draw for Ukrainians

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted Special Immigration Measure draw for Ukrainian Citizens on November 22, 2022. In this draw, Manitoba issued 11 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination. Find out more about latest EOI based of Manitoba PNP. 

MPNP Special Immigration Measure draw

A special measure draws are being held as part of government of Manitoba’s response to the state of affairs in Ukraine and in line with IRCC’s special immigration measures for those affected. The Manitoba PNP conducts regular Expression of Interest (EOI) based draws for people who fulfil all MPNP eligibility criteria and are affected by ongoing happenings in Ukraine.

Eligibility Criteria for this draw

The EOIs in the raw considered if you:

• are a citizen of Ukraine;
• have a minimum of CLB 4 in each language band;
• have established connection to Manitoba (close relative, family-like, community, previous employment or studies in Manitoba);
• have a valid language test; and
• Score at least 60 points according to MPNP assessment criteria.
