Manitoba PNP conducted a draw for Skilled Worker Overseas Stream- invited 1,072 candidates

Manitoba conducted a special draw for the Skilled Worker Overseas stream of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on September 28, 2023. In this MPNP draw, Manitoba issued 1,072 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination. Find out more about this latest invitation round of Manitoba PNP.

MPNP Draw for Skilled Worker Overseas Stream

Since this draw was meant for the Skilled Worker overseas stream only, therefore, the province of Manitoba invited 1,072 foreign skilled worker applicants, who had the minimum score of 605 points or higher.

MPNP Draw Result- 28 Sep 2023

Out of the total 1,072 LAAs issued by MPNP in this draw, 504 were went to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

MPNP- Skilled Worker Overseas Stream

The Skilled Worker Overseas Stream of Manitoba PNP is a pathway for skilled foreign workers to become permanent residents of Manitoba, Canada. This stream is designed for people with the skills and qualifications that are in demand in Manitoba. The candidates need to show their ability to settle and contribute to Manitoba's economy, making it an attractive option for those seeking a new life in Canada. The Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) pathway nominates candidates who show an established connection to Manitoba through:

• the support of family members or friends;
• previous education or work experience in the province; or
• an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

Special Immigration Measure - Ukraine 

Manitoba also held Special Immigration Measure draw to issue 42 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination to the candidates from Ukraine. Manitoba government conduct this draw periodically as part of its response to the situation in Ukraine and in line with IRCC’s special immigration measures for those affected.
