Manitoba PNP Draw for Skilled Worker Overseas Stream invites 104 candidates

On March 8, 2024 Manitoba held a draw for Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)- Skilled worker Overseas Stream. Generally, the province open the draw for all streams, however, this particular draw is open only for the overseas skilled worker applicants.

The Manitoba PNP holds regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to invite applicants in the EOI pool to submit a full application to the MPNP. Find below the details of Letters of Advice (LAAs) issued and minimum score:

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 104
• Ranking Score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 614

Out of the 104 Letters of Advice to Apply distributed in this draw, 20 were allocated to applicants who provided a legitimate Express Entry profile number along with a job seeker validation code.

Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) Pathway

The Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) Pathway nominates candidates who show an established connection to Manitoba through:

• the support of family members or friends;
• previous education or work experience in the province; or
• an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
