Manitoba conducts Special Immigration Measure draw –Invites 21 candidates from Ukraine

Manitoba, Canada conducts Special Immigration Measure Draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on January 30, 2023. In this draw, MPNP has issued 21 LAAs (Letters of Advice) to apply for provincial nomination to the candidates from Ukraine. Manitoba conduct regular EOI draws for people who fulfil all MPNP eligibility criteria and are affected by ongoing events in Ukraine.

Eligibility Criteria for this draw

The MPNP hold regular draws under its EOI system to invite candidates in the Expression of Interest (EOI) pool to submit a full application to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). As part of the provincial government's response to the circumstances in Ukraine and in line with IRCC’s special immigration measures for those affected, the MPNP conduct regular EOI draws for people who fulfil all MPNP eligibility criteria and are affected by ongoing situation in Ukraine.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) in the raw considered if you:

• are a citizen of Ukraine;
• have a minimum of CLB 4 in each language band;
• have established connection to Manitoba (close relative, family-like, community, previous employment or studies in Manitoba);
• have a valid language test; and
• Score at least 60 points according to MPNP assessment criteria.

PNP Pathway for immigration to Canada in 2023

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) are going to be key if you have plan to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa in 2023. The PNPs have plan to accept 105,500 new immigrants in 2023.
