On September 7, 2023, key Canadian province Quebec conducted its Arrima Immigration Draw, extending a total of 1,433 invitations for permanent selection. This marked the first Arrima draw of the September month, and the 13th draw in the current year.

Latest Arrima Draw selection Criteria

The invitation round invitations were sent to the candidates meeting the following criterion:

• They had a level CLB 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French as per the Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants or its equivalent
• they had a score equal to or greater than 586 points.

These ITAs were also addressed to individuals meeting below criterion:

• they had a valid employment offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
