New Express Entry Draw for All-categories- IRCC Invites 2,850 Candidates

In this all-category EE draw, the IRCC invited 2,850 candidates to apply for Canadian PR visa, who had the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of 525 points or higher.

EE Draw Analysis

Now, after this new invitation round of EE system,  this year, Canada has invited total 22,240 candidates to apply for Canada PR visa in overall ten EE draws opened until date.

The CUT OFF is as usual high this being the all-program draw, however, we have seen that the CRS score requirement from IRCC drops significantly in category-based EE draws. Hence, the aspirants hoping to Canada PR invitation this year have reason to stay positive about their chances.

Same six Categories for category-based selections in 2024

The IRCC has retained the same 6 categories for Category-based Express Entry draws this year, which were used last year. The categories retained for 2024 are:

• A strong French language proficiency or
• Work experience in one of the below fields:
  • healthcare
  • science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) professions
  • trades, such as carpenters, plumbers and contractors
  • transport
  • agriculture and Agri-food
