New General Express Entry Draw invites 1,280 candidates under all-categories

The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the latest Express Entry draw for all-category candidates on April 10, 2024. In this General Express Entry draw, the IRCC has issued 1,280 invitations to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa to all category candidates registered in federal Express Entry System. In this regular all-program draw, IRCC has invited 1,280 candidates to apply for Canadian PR Visa, who had the CRS score of 549 points or above.

EE Draw Analysis

Now, after this new express entry invitation round,  this year, Canada has invited total 27,975 candidates to apply for Canadian PR visa in overall 14 EE draws held until date.

This new Express Entry draw conceded a high CRS score, however, optimism prevails as future category-based draws are expected to lower the threshold.
