On August 19, 2021, Prince Edward Island held its eighth invitation round to issue total 161 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for provincial nomination.
The PEI open monthly invitation rounds to invite the candidates registered for Business Entrepreneur and Labour, Express Entry streams of Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). The PEI PNP usually conducts its draw in third week of the month.
PEI PNP Draw on 19 August
Among the total invitations (i.e. 161 ITAs) issued in the 19 August draw, Prince Edward Island has issued nine invitations to the Business Work Permit Entrepreneur stream with a minimum point threshold of 72 points. As usual, in this new draw, the PEI PNP has issued the most number of invitations, i.e. 152 issued to Labour and Express Entry stream.
This particular stream has received the highest, i.e.1,087 invitations this year until date, which is nearly 90 percent of all invitations issued to PEI PNP this year until 19 August round.

Express Entry aligned stream of PEI PNP
