Nova Scotia PNP issues Letters of Interest for Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Immigration Pilot

On December 20, 2022, Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) has issued LOIs (Letters of Interest) to invite the suitable candidates to participate in the Nova Scotia Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Immigration pilot.

The applicants who have received LOI on 20th December need to coordinate with the Nova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.

Options under Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP)

  • If you get a valid Nova Scotia employment offer, you may utilize the AIP (Atlantic Immigration Program) or the Nova Scotia Nominee Program: Skilled Worker Stream.
  • You will still be included in the Federal Express Entry pool.
  • The AIP is a federal immigration program that helps employers hire skilled overseas workers and foreign graduates to meet labour requirements.

AIP (Atlantic Immigration Program) Requirements

The requirements for the AIP are:

  • Employment offer from an organization designated under the AIP
  • Lawful passport and legal status in country of residence.
  • Canadian high school diploma or the comparable from outside Canada with an ECA.
  • Language test showing a minimum of CLB 5 in either official language.
