OINP to start accepting applications for Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream on July 21, 2020

Ontario has announced that it will start accepting applications for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream for Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) on July 21, 2020. Although, this is not a Masters Graduate stream opening.

 

The provincial government is preparing for the high volume of users on the e-filing portal, once the program is open for the applications. Hence, the applicants may be placed in ques to manage the traffic.

 

Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream Application

On meeting the application intake limit, the system will automatically stop the applicants from registering. You can visit the e-filing portal through the official website of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), however, the OINP has instructed against (not to use) the use of Mobile phone to access the portal.

New Employer Form is needed

In view of the present economic and employment situation, and to make certain that your application is processed well and truly, in time, you require submitting the latest version of the Employer Form. In addition, it must be completed and have date no earlier than July 21st, 2020.

The Complete Employer Form with date before July 21st, 2020 will not be accepted and will be returned as incomplete. After successful registration, an applicant will get 14 days to complete and submit the application. Use this time to upload an up-to-date Employer Form, if not done earlier.

Meanwhile the OINP- e-Filing system will go through maintenance and testing from, Monday, July 20, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (EST) until July 21, 2020.
