Ontario issues 1,032 NOIs under Skilled trades stream in latest OINP draw

Ontario has issued the Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to 1,032 Express Entry candidates in the latest draw of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) opened on January 27, 2022. The province has conducted this draw for the Skilled Trades stream of Ontario PNP. It is the first draw of this stream in the year 2022. Find out more details.

In the latest draw, Ontario has invited total 1,032 candidates under Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream. The Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination issued to the Express entry candidates CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score between 381-461.

OINP- Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream

The Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream is an immigration stream under the Ontario PNP. This particular stream provides overseas citizens with Ontario work experience in eligible skilled trades a pathway to live and work in Ontario permanently.

To apply for nomination under this stream, you must have a valid profile in the federal Express Entry system and get a Notification of Interest from the province, before you can apply online.

On receiving the nomination, you may apply for Permanent Resident (PR) Visa to the federal government through IRCC.
