Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has issued Invitations to apply under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream in a targeted draw for candidates of the Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP).

The province of Ontario, Canada issues regular ITAs (Invitations to Apply) to invite the candidates under different immigration streams to apply for the provincial nomination for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. Find out more.

In latest draw, OINP issued 2 targeted invitations to applicants, who may be eligible for the federal Economic Mobility Pathways Project under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream. Profiles created between July 27, 2021 and July 27, 2022 received the invitation this time around.

OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream

The Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream provides foreign workers with an employment offer in a skilled occupation the opportunity to apply to live and work in the province of Ontario permanently

Your employment offer need to be in a skilled occupation at Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the NOC (National Occupational Classification). This stream is open to overseas workers in and outside of Canada.
