Ontario PNP update- New Employer Form Released for Employer: Job Offer stream

Updated Employer Form for OINP- Employer: Job Offer stream

With effect from April 10th, 2024, all new nomination applications to the Employer: Job Offer stream of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) must include this updated form. If you upload an older version of the form, OINP will return your application as incomplete and your fee will be refunded. While preparing an application to the Ontario PNP, applicants need to carefully review the stream specific document checklist to make certain that they submit all essential documents.

Application for Approval of an Employment Position (Employer Form)

 

This form needs to be completed by Ontario employers who are supporting an application to the Ontario PNP under one of the Employer Job Offer streams. Subsequently, applicants must obtain this form from relevant employer and submit along with their nomination application.

 

Ontario’s Key Employer Job offer streams

 

Find below the list of key Employer Job offer streams of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP):

• Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream

You can apply to the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream if you are a skilled foreign worker with a job offer in Ontario.

• Employer Job Offer: International Student stream

You can apply to the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream if you are a recent graduate with a job offer in Ontario.

• Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream

You can apply to the Employer Job Offer: In Demand Skills stream if you are a foreign worker in an in-demand occupation with a job offer in Ontario.
