Prince Edward Island Invited 113 Eligible Candidates in a PEI PNP Draw

In a latest PEI PNP draw, the Canadian province, Prince Edward Island invited 113 eligible applicants under key PNP streams. In this invitation round held on 17th June, the PEI PNP targeted candidates under Express Entry and Labour Impact and Business Impact streams.

Out of total 113 invitations, 101 candidates were invited under Express Entry and Labour Impact categories and 12 candidates were invited under Business Impact: Work Permit Stream with a minimum score requirement of 60 points.

About PEI PNP

The PEI's Express Entry category works in association with Federal Express Entry system, which is designed to manage PR applications under three key economic immigration programs, including Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

While, PEI's Labour Impact Category is for those foreign nationals who have a valid job offer from the province and a support from an employer in the PEI. This category is further divided into Skilled Worker, International Graduate and Critical Worker streams.

Lastly, the Business Impact: Work Permit Stream is for those individuals who want to own and operate a business in Prince Edward Island.
